The Human Hour is a calm, confidential space for professionals who are carrying a lot and need somewhere to talk.
If work stress, emotional overload, or constant pressure has been building up — but you don’t want therapy, advice, or to be “fixed” — you’re in the right place.
Many professionals hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. There isn’t always a safe place to speak openly without worrying about judgment, consequences, or expectations. Friends may try to help. Colleagues may not be appropriate. Therapy may not feel like the right fit.
The Human Hour exists to fill that gap.
This is not therapy, coaching, or crisis support.
It is dedicated time with a real human whose only role is to listen — calmly, respectfully, and without agenda.

Professional Listening Session
(Standard Session – 45 minutes)
A Professional Listening Session is a structured, one-on-one conversation designed for professionals who need a safe space to talk through stress, overwhelm, or life pressure.

The Reassurance Package includes a set number of listening sessions booked over a defined period (for example, 4 sessions over a month).
This package is ideal if you:
