Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

The Human Hours values transparency and fairness in all transactions.

 
1. Digital & Online Services

Due to the nature of online and digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been delivered or accessed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

 
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A service was not delivered as agreed

  • A technical error resulted in duplicate payment

  • Required by Canadian consumer protection laws

 
3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed services

  • Digital products or downloads once accessed

  • Services where work has already begun

 
4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase to: info@thehumanhours.ca

Please include your name, order details, and reason for the request.

 
5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
